Janet Huetteman

Janet Huetteman is the president and founder of TouchPoint Experience LLC, a firm dedicated to helping clients better manage the customer experience.
Janet has a wide range of skills to serve clients including leadership facilitation and coaching, change management and Six Sigma quality, custom research, learning and development, global marketing and communications. Janet has been in management consulting since 1995 helping companies such as GE, Raytheon, Ricoh, Fairfield County Bank Corp., Wahlstrom Group (IPG), Fairfield University, and Sacred Heart.
Before consulting, Janet held a series of marketing and communications management positions with GE. At GE Investments, she spearheaded the direct-to-consumer launch of the GE Funds and supported institutional sales efforts. At GE Supply, Janet led brand positioning, advertising, public relations, direct marketing and retail branch sales initiatives. She began her career with GE Corporate in 1989 to support company-wide “boundaryless” sales. Prior to GE, Janet held management positions in advertising, publishing and marketing research.
Janet received her B.A. from Boston College in Psychology, Marketing and Fine Arts. She expects to complete an MBA this year at the Dolan School of Business, Fairfield University, where she is also a guest lecturer and adjunct Professor of Marketing. She is a frequent guest speaker of organizations, such as the AMA, FINE for entrepreneurs and consultants, and MENG for marketing executives. |
