Charlene J. Zeiberg is an expert in performance improvement, learning, organizational development and facilitation. Charlene founded Zeiberg Consulting www.zeiberg.com to help organizations design and develop powerful and practical learning solutions to produce measurable results for their businesses. Prior to founding Zeiberg Consulting, Charlene worked for 15 years as a learning and development professional for a variety of organizations including PaineWebber, The Forum Corporation, SunAmerica, and Andersen Consulting. Charlene has a wide range of skills to serve clients including learning design, performance consulting, classroom and online facilitation, change management, measurement of learning results, competency modeling/career development systems, and training organization assessments. With 20 years of adult learning and instructional design experience, Charlene is able to evaluate existing curriculum relative to organizational competencies and design creative, interactive and business-focused learning solutions. She develops an appropriate learning solution using practical and flexible design methodology and a variety of learning methods, including classroom-based learning, blended learning, structured on-the-job training plans, e-Learning programs, performance support systems, and experiential learning, e.g. action learning projects, job rotations/assignments, and self-study materials. Charlene has frequently presented at industry conferences including TechLearn, Online Learning, and ASTD. She received her B.S. from Ithaca College in Instructional Design & Technology and Ed.M from Boston University in Human Resource Education. |
